What is your regular turnaround time?
Our normal production turnaround time is 3-5 weeks.  Which includes the custom design, proofing, printing, finishing and collating of your cards.  We will mail, fax or email you a full color proof copy of your card with in 10 days of receiving your complete order (faxes will be in b/w).  We ask that you please return your signed proof with in 48 hours to assure a timely delivery of your cards.
 
Can I receive my order any faster?
We make it our top priority to meet the turnaround time of your order and will make every effort to get it to you even faster if we can.  If you have a certain date you need your cards, please contact us to the availability of a rush.  Note that timelines on your part is also a necessary ingredient to this success — It is essential that you respond to any requests or approvals we send you as soon as possible to ensure that your order is not delayed.

When does my turnaround begin?
Once we receive ALL of your materials (mailed or uploaded) by 12:00 noon on any business day, the following business day is day 1 of your turnaround.

Can I have my order shipped any faster?
Our standard method of shipping is via UPS Ground service. You may upgrade your shipping to 3 day, 2^nd day or Overnight service for an additional cost.

May I use my own shipping account?
Yes, you may supply us with your own UPS account number. You will need to CLEARLY indicate the level of service you wish your cards shipped at (next day, two-day, ground etc..) You may be charged a small handling fee.

How do I ensure a fast turnaround time?
Timeliness on your part is necessary to ensure a fast turnaround time — It is essential that you send us ALL the raw materials we need to complete your order, missing materials WILL delay your order.  Please respond to any requests or approvals we send you as soon as possible to ensure that your order is not delayed. Also be sure to clearly label any materials, emails, or other communication.
